Came in for Protein powder and had a great chat with the owner Matt, super great guy. Came back with my fiancé and lead us in the right direction for the right creatine and aminos. Definitely will be where we shop for our nutrition necessities.

Matt is very knowledgeable and helpful when I go there looking for a supplement to improve my athletic performance. He is very friendly and wants to get to know you. He even asked if I have any business cards to leave on the front desk for my personal training business. You can tell he has a big heart for helping people.
